A False Alarm!
ORIGINAL PRINT, C. 1890 (NOT A COPY).
This is an interesting print of a sketch/cartoon. It appears to be a Victorian book plate, but unfortunately I have no other information as it came to me as it is. The artists initials look like A.D. It would frame really well!
Size:- printed area 5.00 x 7.00 inches approx.
