UK 1st edition 1st impression hardcover in unclipped wrap
Published by Doubleday in 2006.
The wrap is fine with some light edge shelf wear.
The book is near fine, pushed head & tail and with creamed edges.
Written just after WWI this novel is a thinly disguised autobiography and deals with the Australian experiences on the Somme, from 1916 to the end.
A superb book it should be compulsory reading for anyone with an interest in the dreadful experience of WW1
