The author begins by looking at the shooting scene today, explaining how anyone can start to shoot, even if it is in the most modest way. He moves on to apprenticeship with the air rifle and then gives sound advice on guns, cartridges, clothing an d accessories. Even the most knowledgeable shooting man will learn a good deal from these chapters.
